Awake & Reflect
A so-called awakening, is an awakening of a dimension of reality beyond the confines of the ego. The ego is our exclusive sense of self or “I.” This awakening occurs when, for whatever reason, the ego somehow let’s go so that a Higher Self can arise within and your consciousness expands.

Who can take this class?

Everyone is welcome to take part in this class. Everyone can come as they are. Meditation is not limited to any person in particular and should be explored by anyone who wants to learn to calm their mind and bring stillness into their lives.

Meditation and its effects on brain activity and the central nervous system became a focus of
collaborative research in neuroscience, psychology and neurobiology in the second half of the 20th century. In recent years, research into meditation has made increasing use of modern scientific techniques and instruments capable of directly observing brain physiology and neural activity, either during the meditation process itself or before and after meditation. As such, links can be established between meditative practices and changes in brain structure or function. Today we can demonstrate positive effects of meditation on brain activity, memory, ageing, mental health, cognitive flexibility, and happiness and well-being.

No counselling goes as deeply into the psyche as meditation. We start where fear and blockages arise. In the subconscious and unconscious mind. Here lies the key to all the doors that you want to open in your consciousness mind. Nowadays, business often becomes a huge challenge for C-Levels and Business Owners.

Why should we take this class?

We take you on a journey through the three main layers of mind that are there:
- the conscious mind (sensory, instinctive mind)
- the unconscious mind (thinking, intellectual mind)
- the unconscious mind (intuitive, omniscient mind)
In a one-to-one session we combine meditation with self-hypnosis and help you to develop new ideas in a business context, build empathy, reduce stress and develop cognitive flexibility. No previous experience is necessary.

How is the event structured?

Once everyone has settled into the session we will do 15-minutes of breathing exercises followed by a 30-minute deep meditation and lucid dreaming session. The event will conclude with us waking up and reflecting on the experience. This event can be done standing, sitting, lying down, with the camera on or off.

Moin! My name is Susanna-Frederika, I am based in Hamburg, Germany, with Polish Jewish roots. I am a former Scrum Master and Business Counsellor for companies in the finance sector. I followed my burning soul and love for meditation and founded ME DITATION. Today I work as a hypnotherapist and meditation coach exclusively for CEO's and startups around the world. My methods are a mixture of breathing techniques and hypnotherapy, inspired by my Mexican and Indian gurus, combined with my very own intuition.
