What You'll do
What’s this event all about?
This event focuses on the importance of resilience in a team. Together we will answer these questions:
- How can we work well together and develop further even in challenging (unfamiliar) situations?
- How can we successfully master crises?
- Which resilience factors are important and which resources does our team have?
- How can we become aware of beneficial resources and strengths and use them in the future (as a team and individually)?
Who can take this class?
This event can be taken by any group of people but is especially useful for teams that want/need to work together successfully, especially in stressful or crisis-related situations.
Why should we take this class?
Being able to work as a team and being resilient both as a team and individually is a crucial skill to develop. The aim of the class is to teach you to develop yourselves, even in challenging situations, while remaining stress-resistant and building on your strengths.
How is the event structured?
This event will be an interactive workshop where we work together and build on what we learn. There will first be a theoretical introduction to the topic of resilience, what it is and why it’s important. This will be followed by a reflection on the team's biography to identify their strengths and resources (on both an individual and collective level) and to work out how these can be used and further developed in the future.
