What’s this event all about?
This event is all about fat burning, shredding, tightening and toning full body workout to create a femininely fit body. With purely bodyweight exercise, I get you to use your body to work out the body, so no equipment is required.
As I grew up as a gymnast and went on to compete in fitness competitions around the world before refining my talents, education and experience to develop a successful 3 step formula for female fitness. My formula to a fit and healthy body focuses on

Who can take this class?
All levels are welcome but I will push you so if you are a beginner you may need to take a few breaks here and there. My speciality is in working with female bodies to create athleticism and a feminine look. However, men are also welcome to join.
Why should we take this class?
By taking this class I will show you how to use your body weight to achieve a full-body workout which will improve your cardio and tone your physique in 45 mins.
How is the event structured?
Before we get started, please make sure that you have at least a 2 by 2 meter space to work out in. We will start off with a 5-minute warm-up followed by a 35-minute full-body workout that will leave you feeling fit and fabulous. We will finish up with a 5-minute cool-down bringing our 45 minute workout session to a close.
Hi - I’m Emma!
With nearly ten years experience and hundreds of women whom I have helped to achieve strong and healthy bodies, I am passionate about my formula, not just for the way it makes women look but also how it makes them feel. I believe that with a positive mindset and a good coach you can achieve anything.
Over the years I became well known within the fitness industry as it soon became the chosen training place for local celebrities and WAGS. The positive-press that the studio received along with my continued work as a fitness presenter left me in good stead to leave the bricks and water behind and fly solo again coaching an exclusive group of women I refer to as my ‘fit girls’, whilst working on additional projects that align with my overall goal of leading women to sustainable fitness and wellness results.
