What’s this event all about?
“Is that really as unhealthy as everyone says?” “What should I choose for lunch to stay awake after having eaten?” “How can I ensure eating sufficient proteins even when I am choosing to be vegan?”
Never has there been so much confusion about nutrition as there is today. People feel overwhelmed by different opinions, news and facts and thus, decide to just stick to what they already know. The truth is that eating and living healthy is actually the easiest thing to do - join me on this event on basic healthy nutrition.
I will explain to you different areas of nutrition and show you some simple tricks on how to keep on eating healthy even with a busy schedule. Having a balanced food intake automatically improves all aspects of your life - especially at the workplace.
Who can take this class?
Everybody. However, from past experiences I have seen that especially people from a digital environment who work many hours in front of their screens really benefit from this course.
Why should we take this class?
Together we will explore the science of food - you will learn all about the main ingredients of food, on their functionality within our bodies and on what we should focus to have the maximum outcome: a healthy and balanced body and mind (because both are directly interconnected).
I will also give you some tips on what to eat before exhausting days at work, on how to align your nutrition to your schedule and which superfoods are always a good idea to have stocked in the office canteen.
How is the event structured?
The event consists of 2 parts:
In the first part, I will share all those above mentioned insights with you and explain based on examples tips and tricks on how you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life.
In the second part, we will then together go through open questions and analyse some ambiguities you might have encountered in the past, and why those occurred.

For over 5 years now, I have been helping people to reach their full potential by focusing on their health and exercise. I am a certified coach and it gives me both purpose and fulfilment to make sure that people live their best lives.
Often it is said that what applies to one applies to all others. I don’t agree at all -every body works differently and must be considered differently. Therefore, in my workshops, I give a holistic insight into the topic of nutrition and do not preach "the one" form of nutrition. My mission is to bring clarity into this complex field.
