This event aims to answer five main questions:

- How can I create more trust and improve relationships through self-management?
- How can I make good decisions?
- How can I lead others more efficiently through effective self-management?
- How can I use my energies sensibly and efficiently in the long-term?
- Participants will leave the event more confidently with more trust in themselves and their ability to reach their goals.

This class has been designed for anyone who is looking to become a better leader for themselves as well as others. If you are a curious person who is looking to know themselves better and grow, this class is for you.

Why should we take this class?

Whether you have already started developing your leadership and self-management skills or are just starting your journey, I will give you tips and tricks that will help you master these competencies.

How is the event structured?

Following a quick introduction, the event has been structured as a small interactive workshop. In small groups, I will teach you new methods and alternative approaches that will help you become a confident self-manager. With a mix of theoretical input and exercises, participants will reflect on their personal experiences as well as exchange stories with others.

Welcome! I’m Lioba Eich and I am a business psychologist (Master of Science), author & lecturer for corporate culture and social psychology.
I have been a coach for more than four years with a focus on team development, executive coaching and corporate culture. I have worked with a wide range of clients from day-care centres to the Daimler group.

My working method is based on the systemic principles and approaches of positive psychology. I work with teams to foster cooperation, communication and help them meet their goals.
