What happens if I have to cancel my event?


You can cancel your event 5 working days in advance without incurring any fees.




Is there a satisfaction guarantee?


We are on a mission to improve company culture for modern teams. If you are not satisfied, we will offer you a discount on your next event with us.




Do I have to organise the event with the creator myself?


No, our team here at Culturly takes care of the organisation to create the best possible event for you and your team.




Who hosts the call? And on what platform?


The video link and calendar invite is automatically sent out by Culturly. We are flexible and work with almost all online tools.




Some members of the team had to cancel last-minute, do we get a discount with lesser people?


Unfortunately not, we request teams to do a head count before booking the event as that is what we will be counting on. We understand that its hard to estimate how many people will join, therefore we have created 3 different tiers and base our pricing on them.




Are the events recorded?


No, everything is done live to give you and your team a unique and unforgettable experience.




What are the payment methods?


We are flexible with the payment methods. At the moment we are accepting credit card, debit card, paypal, and stripe.




How do the Food & Drink events work?


The event description will provide you with a shopping list if it is necessary and on some occassions the items will be shipped directly to your house.




I want to book more than one event for a single occasion, can you make this happen?


That's not a problem at all! We can organise a stacked event where you take part in a variety of events. Simply let us know what events you are after and we can arrange something together.




What does my team need to bring to the event?


Please read the event profiles carefully as they will specify any extra things to bring under "WHAT TO BRING" (Though, most events just require your full attention, a good attitude and a willingness to learn!).




Is there a limit to how many team members can join an event?


In general.... no. But this may vary depending on the event you wish to book. Some of our creators have limitations when it comes to how many people can join due to a more intimate nature of the events. But these specifications will be specifically outlined on the profile. Please make sure to read the profiles carefully or feel free to contact us with any questions.
