FAQ for Culture Plans
How many classes will there be in a week?
There will be one class per week.
Which day of the week will the class take place?
We always recommend to choose a fixed day of the week and name it accordingly (e.g. Active Wednesday) but we can also agree on all dates individually before the plan starts.
Can the Culture Plan packages be customised and negotiated?
Our packages are totally negotiable and can be customised to your individual preferences.
How is the pricing of the event structured and how many participants are allowed?
We always structure our prices based on 3 different group sizes (this number should reflect the expected number of participants): Tier 1 = up to 15 participants, Tier 2 = 16 to 30 participants, and Tier 3 = more than 30 participants.
What are the advantages of booking a Culturly package rather than individual events?
You can substantially improve your company culture by booking a Culture Plan. A one-off event is good, but having recurring events (1, 2 or 4 times a month) will motivate and engage employees. Plus, you'll save money by booking a Culture Plan and have the opportunity to participate a variety of events.
What is the price difference between individual events and those of events in a package deal?
The pricing for individual events differs here. For the package deals (Basic, Essential and Habitual), the final price of the events is 20% cheaper than what you would book it for individually.
What are the conditions for cancellation of a Culture Plan?
If you would like to cancel an ongoing Culture Plan, you can simply let us know 5 days in advance. By cancelling, you would only need to pay for the events you participated in.
Is there a trail phase for the Culture Plans and how long is the trail phase?
Due to our flexible cancellation policy, we do not offer a trial phase but if you find that you do not want to continue with your Culture Plan, let us know within 5 days and you will then only need to pay for the events that you already participated in.
How far in advance do we have to decide on the activities?
We will require 3 weeks notice for events that include delivery, but for all other events, it is only 2 weeks.
How much does the pricing (of the Culture Plan), depend on the number of participants?
Pricing is divided into 3 tiers (up to 15 participants, between 16 and 30 participants, greater than 30 participants). However, it will depend on the final number of attendees... we only want you to pay for those who actually attend the events!
Do you need to know in advance, how many people will join or can I just send out the invite and everybody, who wants to, can join?
We don't need to know in advance, except for those events which involve delivery. You can send out invites and everybody who wants, can join.
How does payment work for the Culture Plans?
In a similar way to individual events. We are currently accepting credit card, debit card, paypal, and stripe.
